I had the icy cold feeling of anxiety when I heard that I had an invasive malignant melanoma. It was said that it could have formed because of grief stress with the sudden death of my husband, coupled with 10 years of immunosuppressant treatment for another illness. However, I did have God's promise of care and love, so I went to the Healing Rooms.

The prayer team prayed for the site of the cancer, the lymph glands, my immune system, my mind and my teenage children. I then felt God's Peace which stayed with me during surgery and the following weeks until the histology and biopsy tests were available. During that time I noticed that my normal springtime allergies were gone and I felt my immune system was 'in balance'.

Praise to our Lord, the test results indicated that all traces of the malignant cancer had been removed and did not spread into my lymph system!

On September 5, 2005 I was scheduled to have a total hip replacement at John James hospital. I have been a Nursing Sister for 35 years and having had 2 previous hip replacements I became anxious, apprehensive and concerned for my physical welfare! On Friday 2^nd September I decided I needed some special prayers to rid me of the fear of mal practice and infection. I drove to the Healing Rooms. Three very caring and spirit filled people prayed on my behalf and as I walked out all fear was gone and PEACE was in its place. I went to hospital with an eager heart to get on with it all and to honour God's love by being the perfect patient. I was home on the 6^th day feeling very well. Jesus was in control! At the 6^th week visit to the surgeon I said "Thank you for doing such a good job" and he said "Thank you for healing so well!!" What a mighty God we have!

On Tuesday 27/9/05 I went for prayer to the Healing Rooms because of increasing joint pains, particularly in my hands, thumbs and wrist. Taking pain-killers did not give relief. It was getting increasingly difficult to use my thumbs and I often had to hold them inwards under my fingers to relieve the pain. After prayer I HAD ABSOLUTELY NO PAIN and I was able to fully extend fingers and thumbs. Movement has been totally o.k. since.

However, last night (Thursday) I had much pain again and needed painkillers and support bandages but I kept pressing in for total healing. Despite the pain, I had not lost the movement I gained on the Tuesday after prayer. On Friday 30/9/05 I returned to Healing Rooms because of ongoing pain. The Lord gave me Mark 8:22-25 where Jesus prayed twice for the blind man who initially "saw people as trees". Then Jesus prayed again and the healing was complete. After the 2^nd time of prayer I have been pain free and still have total movement. PRAISE THE LORD!

For some years I had experienced pain and numbness in both hands as well as weakness in the wrists and was referred to a neurologist on 12^th November, 2003 for a nerve conduction study which showed Carpel Tunnel Syndrome, with it more severe in the right hand. My GP gave me details to phone a Neuro-surgeon to make an appointment as there was a 6 month waiting list which never eventuated.

Steve Witt and Jim White (USA) visited Vision Christian Fellowship 8 days later and Jim prayed for those with carpel tunnel problems and I went forward to receive prayer. Then I heard about Capital Healing Rooms starting and my pastors encouraged me to do the training and I was accepted as a member of the Prayer Team in August 2004.

Since then my whole general health has been wonderful and the most amazing healing for me was very recently when I went surfing at the coast. Previously my hands would have been stark white from the cold water in June, but this time they were the normal colour and no numbness, pain or freezing cold feeling following the swim.

I praise the Lord for this healing which began with prayer on 20th November 2003 and has been progressive ever since.

I just wanted to testify to the greatness of our God and healer Jesus Christ my Saviour.

When I came to the Healing Rooms on 21^st June, 2005 - I had only been discharged from hospital after having to go through the rigors of 'detoxifying' from strong pain medications (due to back surgery) and was feeling extremely 'afraid', fearful & anxious, with pain and a great amount of discomfort in my physical body. I had been on this cocktail of prescribed drugs for over 7 years, and these medications were controlling my life. Even though I had managed to detox and walk away from them, they were still "predators" in my mind and body.

That day, you welcomed me into your prayerful care... and I went home... and things got seemingly worse. As the evening wore on I was bedridden with torment and pain. Almost ready to give up I fell asleep and woke the next morning, with absolutely no signs or symptoms in my mind and body. What a strange feeling that was, as it had been 7 years since I'd had natural sleep, and it had been 7 years since I had to face the day without swallowing medication.

This particular morning was the beginning of an "awakening". From a drugged haze, imprisoned in a body that seemingly would not come into line with God's Word, patience and steadfastness brought in 'divine dividends' that I had only imagined. This day, I knew that I had been set free. It is now 4 weeks since coming to the Capital Healings Rooms, and it is with absolute conviction that I can testify to a miraculous deliverance⁄healing as I continue to enjoy a peace, that in the past, seemed only a promise that I'd read about in the Holy Bible.

In November 2004 a Basal Cell Carcinoma (BCC) was diagnosed on my right leg after a biopsy. The doctor said I would need to have a plastic surgeon remove the BCC.

Shortly after the diagnosis I went to the Healing Rooms for prayer on two occasions. I also asked for prayer at Vision Christian Fellowship and I prayed myself anointing the area with oil.

In April 2005 the lesion was removed by the surgeon and pathology performed. When I returned to the surgeon for the removal of the stitches, he told me the pathology was completely clear of cancer. When I asked regarding the original diagnosis he said the biopsy must have got it all! I believe it is more likely that God has healed! The surgeon just said it was an excellent result (I agreed) and he quickly moved on.

We had been trying to have a baby for approximately 8 months. We had been diagnosed as having Secondary Infertility. We had an appointment booked to see the Fertility Doctor with the view of investigating the problem and had already started having blood tests. In January my mother suggested we go to the Healing Rooms and so we attended. I had just finished my last period and again was not pregnant.

After attending the Healing Rooms we found out early in February that we were pregnant, due in October 2005. We were able to cancel our Doctors appointment and didn't have to have any further tests. This was fantastic news for us!!

I have had a sore neck for over 10 years with pins and needles in the 4^th and 5^th fingers of my right hand.

I was prayed for on the 12^th March at the "Adventure in Healing" Conference and now have no more neck pain.

Thank you Jesus – Praise His Name.

My daughter, Seona, had a Cardia Ablation operation at Westmead hospital to correct recurrent episodes of Ventricular Fibrillation, which is a life-threatening rhythm.

I came to the Healing Rooms – 10 days before Seona's operation and joined with others in asking God to spare her life. From the evening of that prayer, I had no more fear in my heart.

Seona's operation was 6.5 hours in duration. She awoke well and was allowed to breast-feed baby son Reily the following morning. She has had no more VF episodes. She has colour in her cheeks and is able to care for her three children and husband.

I thank God for sparing Seona's life. I thank God for His healing!

On 14/3/05 I attended the Healing Rooms for prayer prior to surgery for a left knee replacement on 15/3/05. The team prayed for several issues if the surgery was to go ahead with a special focus on quick recovery. On the 23^rd March I visited my surgeon in his consulting rooms. He had performed a ½ knee replacement and the recovery was ahead of what he had expected. The staples were removed from the wound early and I left with a better than expected report. Despite some difficulty and pain associated with an inflamed sciatic nerve, the knee was recovering from the procedure ahead of schedule. This was also confirmed by two other medical doctors I saw who had a vested interested in my health. They were both expressing their observations of advanced recovery. The prayers of the Healing Room Team were heard and answered by the Lord! I was also greeted in the Hospital Reception by a Christian, visited in the pre-op room by a Christian Sister, and nursed by a Christian. I think the Father was looking after His son! This was also a request made by the Prayer team.

I have one tooth only left on the lower jaw which the dentist had said 5 years ago was badly fractured & in need of urgent root canal therapy & crowning. At $2,500 for one tooth, financially it was out of the question so I prayed it would last. Then last December, I developed severe pain & was told again it would need fixing, but the cost was now $3,500-$4,000. The pain led me to seek prayer at the Healing Rooms. One of the team members gave me Isaiah 61:4 about rebuilding the ancient ruins, restoration, renewal, etc. & we all laughed hilariously! However, it really hit my spirit & I kept praying in for the "restoration of the ancient ruins".

I saw the Endontist & x-rays showed no major fracture, but only faint lines & the centre where the pulp is & the nerves had begun to calcify. I knew immediately that God had caused a natural phenomena to occur supernaturally & did what the chemicals & other treatments for 'root canal' therapy would do. God had done the root canal therapy! The crowning of the tooth was not necessary, only a simple brace slipped over the tooth to strength it to go the distance of continued biting down on one tooth. This will only cost $194. GOD IS SO AMAZING & I TRULY PRAISE HIM! Thank you to the team for their willingness to speak out what they believed God was saying. He can use any of His own scriptures to impact our lives, sometimes we just need the boldness & to trust Him to bring life to them. If God cares about my one tooth, He cares about much bigger things too.

In August last year I was working with Brazilian rosewood & breathing the very find sanding dust. I didn't know that rosewood is highly toxic & can be very dangerous. By the next morning my cheeks had blistered and they were running. My eyes felt bad, I wasn't breathing well & my nose started to run. A day later my eyes were gritty, the skin under my hair & down my neck was coming up in lumps, my lips were swollen & ulcerated, my tongue tingling, my breathing was labouring & my sinus cavities were bleeding & blocked up. The doctor put me on antihistamines & cortisone for several weeks. I couldn't do anything strenuous, even talking was difficult. My nose blocked up with blood clots several times a day. It was 3 weeks before the bleeding stopped in my sinus cavities. My breathing improved but not 100%. I had to use a peak flow meter & found my best efforts were about 525 1pm (litres per min) down to 450 lpm by the 3^rd blow. I was on medications, went to a lung specialist, had lung function test and was due to go in April to a major Sydney hospital for a further lung stress test. I came to the "Adventure in Healing" Conference in March. A man came and prayed for me. When he started I was standing with my hands held in each other in front of me. He told me to open myself up. That was God's word for the moment & I was quickly on the floor as he continued to pray. Then my lungs started to expand in a most extraordinary way. It was as if I suddenly had about 5 gallons of capacity. My ribs started to lift more & more, & my diaphragm kept on taking in more & more air. This went on for several minutes and left my rib muscles aching. By the time I stood up I was breathing more than I think I ever had! When I got home I got out the peak flow meter & now I can do consistent & consecutive blows of 650 lpm. Three in a row & the reading doesn't go down. From 450 to 650 for the third blow is almost 50% increase. The result is wonderful!! God does good stuff!

I've had pain in different areas of my body from the work I do with aged care - I'm an assistant nurse in a nursing home. I'd strained different muscular areas of my body that have been extremely painful. I could not move my right arm without pain. At the Healing Conference I received prayer by a young man who had never prayed for anyone before. I was fully healed of the pain in my elbow, and experienced healing power in other areas in my body.

I have had lower back pain but the Lord healed me on Saturday, 12 March 2005 at about 4pm at the Adventure in Healing Conference when a sister in Christ ministered God's healing power to me.

PRAISE GOD!

I've had pain in my right arm from the neck down from "RSI" from a computing course since 1993. Specific pain areas in front and back of shoulder as well as other places.

As the team waited on the Lord various things were revealed and spoken into and broken off, especially from the front of my shoulder.

After prayer at the front of my shoulder I now can press the muscle and have no pain! PRAISE GOD!

God is still working on the back of my shoulder and other areas of pain.

During the "Adventure in Healing" Conference, I went forward for healing of tension in my shoulders and neck. While on the floor I told the person ministering that I had a severe hearing problem. I had been prayed for the night before but no improvement. This time the Lord reminded me how I hated hearing my husband's difficult breathing, especially in bed at night. My husband had emphysema. That was when my hearing got considerably worse. I repented of being angry at being deaf. My hearing has improved since the prayer and it is no longer muffled. Hallelujah!! Expecting to improve much more.

At the "Adventure in Healing" Conference, I came feeling burdened, and broken hearted having gone through some persecution - Jesus met me with His love anointing and healed my broken heart, migraine syndrome and abdominal bloating. He also healed a very deep and painful memory in Communion from my 1^st marriage I'd never been able to face - THANK YOU JESUS!! He filled me with His love and joy.

There are so many answers to prayer since I have been to the Healing Rooms. I have been truly blessed and am so grateful to the team, and most of all our Heavenly Father, who has really helped me to put "all my trust in His loving hands".

My tooth had an infection - the dentist told me the tooth had only a 50% chance, even after root canal therapy which would take at least 3 treatments at $500 total. I came to the Healing Rooms and they anointed the tooth area and prayed. After my antibiotics, I went to a Government dentist being on a pension, the Lord answered our prayers, the tooth was saved, the root canal therapy only cost $25. I needed only one treatment and there was no pain during the procedure.

My other prayer answered - I have not worked for nearly a year, the Healing Rooms team prayed for my finances, and in a week I was offered a fulltime job in an area I love working with great wages.

The third prayer answered - I have not had my menstrual cycle since September 2004. Two weeks ago January 2005, we prayed at the healing rooms, I was due to go back to the doctors in a few weeks, no need to now, for they started last week. Thank you all, and thank you Heavenly Father.
