We prefer the term coaching to counselling as we see our role as one that comes alongside a couple who may be having some difficulties and showing them how to improve their relationship by giving them specific tools to implement in the various areas of their relationship.

We can't change a person's behaviour or attitude but we can point out areas that may need some work. So we work with the couple, both individually and together as and where appropriate to give them a vision of a great marriage and then equip them with the skills and tools to make it happen. Our style is one of encouragement but also to say the hard stuff when it needs to be said.

Our coaching is done in a confidential and supportive environment with the best interests of the couple and a rewarding, mutually satisfying marriage as the goal.

We'd like to say what a blessing it was to attend Marriage Coaching with Capital Healing Rooms.

At a point in our marriage when we felt like we were going round in circles with each of us thinking it was the other person's problem, we agreed to take time to get help from Capital Healing Rooms.

We were taken through parts of the Secrets to Lasting Love seminar and found it enriching to know that we could make a difference in our marriage. If it were not for the love and care shown to us during this time we believe that our marriage would not be anywhere near as healthy as it is now.
