Deep Depression Lifted!

For four and a half years, I endured an incredibly challenging work environment. During my time there, we went through four CEO changes and faced up to five Fair Work cases. Despite the constant battles, I stayed, until my role was recently made redundant due to a company restructuring. The very next day after leaving, the weight of those four and a half years hit me all at once. I was overwhelmed by mental exhaustion, negative voices, and feelings of condemnation. I quickly spiralled into a deep depression. In desperate need of peace, I visited the Capital Healing Rooms. The moment I entered, the presence of God was incredibly tangible. As I began to cry, I knew these were not just tears of pain, but a sign that God was doing a deep internal healing inside my heart. After receiving prayer from the amazing intercessors there, everything changed. God completely stabilised my emotions and lifted the heavy burden of depression. Today, I am emotionally whole, at peace, and fully focused on the next journey ahead of me. Praise the Lord for His powerful emotional healing!
