Chronic Exhaustion

5 years of chronic exhaustion.  18 months of severe diarrhoea caused by a bacterial infection in my stomach, bones, teeth and brain. 

After 3 sessions of prayer for healing of health, my diarrhoea is 80% gone and improving daily!  My energy levels are rising and I am beginning to feel well and healthy again.  PRAISE GOD!!

Physical and mental exhaustion

As a single parent of 6 children, I have struggled for over a decade with physical and mental exhaustion. 

As a result of so much stress and anxiety over finances, health and my children’s lives I developed an auto immune disease with debilitating exhaustion and headaches and aching.

After several prayer sessions, the sickness is lifting and a deep peace is being restored to my life. I have received the grace of faith and trust in God. I am no longer worrying as much but lifting up my life to God who carries the burden for me.

Cancer gone!

Praise the precious name of Jesus!  I came on a Saturday morning to the Healing Rooms for prayer feeling unwell, exhausted and lacking strength. I had undergone 5 blood transfusions, chemo and major surgery.  I had been diagnosed with advanced ovarian cancer and had been hospitalised for the first 3 weeks during the chemo.  My blood sugar level was going from 7 to approximate 28 each week and I had received palliative care. 

The team prayed for me for supernatural strength and peace and I woke up the next day refreshed and having much more energy and went to Church praising the Lord!

The Lord Jesus also did a major miracle when I was in my room at the hospital in the ward for people with high levels of cancer.  I was told I had an extremely high level of cancer (between 300-400) and with everyone praying the cancer levels kept coming down until it was only 12.  The Lord supernaturally removed the cancer before I had surgery.  I was in acute care and I felt like a supernatural rug was wrapped around me and I had oil appear on my chest – nobody was with me.  I still had a hysterectomy but there was NO cancer!  The medical staff from the Sydney hospital rang my Canberra specialist and asked “did this lady really have cancer?”!!  The specialist replied “yes advanced ovarian cancer!”   Today I am cancer free and no more chemo!!

Bladder Cancer Healed

I was first diagnosed as having cancer in the bladder (“carcinoma in situ”) in March 2014.  Chemotherapy in the bladder – a 3 hour procedure in hospital – was initiated, and biopsies taken each three months – a total of over 50 procedures up to December 2017. 

In January 2016 a second Oncologist had concluded that the chemotherapy which had been used over the two years was not working any more.  With no other option for conventional treatment (surgery was ruled out because of age) he decided to see whether a chemotherapy designed for other conditions would deal with the residue of cancer cells.  Following six weeks of treatment a further biopsy in March 2016 showed NO cancer.  Biopsies in June and September 2016 and January 2017 have all been clear.  A further biopsy is scheduled for May 2017 and less frequently thereafter.

I believe I have been healed and thank God for this outcome.  I also wish to thank the Lord for the ministry of the Healing Rooms and the Church fellowships in their intercessions and prayer support to me through this difficult time.

Pain all gone!

I came into the Healing Rooms for food assistance.  I was hobbling on a crutch as my right heel was infected and very painful.  The infection had spread up my leg and there was talk about possible amputation.  I was put on very strong intravenous antibiotics and the infection had reduced.  I was still unable to walk without the crutch and my heel was bandaged and painful.

I received prayer and felt tingling in my heel!  I was able to walk properly on my heel and even jumped up and down with no pain and I carried my crutch out of the rooms no longer needing it for support!  Thank you Jesus and the team for praying for me.

Blood pressure healed

I have never had problems with my blood pressure, in fact it has been on the lower side of normal!  The last couple of months my BP has been very high – even reaching 180/120!!  After prayer last Friday, my BP readings have come down to 120/70!  Thank you Lord!!

Oppression lifted

A few weeks ago I came to the Healing Rooms for prayer as I’d been struggling with feelings of opposition and oppression throughout my year long study of Revelation. 

Following my visit I experienced a discernible ‘lightness of being’ which I hadn’t felt all year and the feeling of oppression lifted completed.

I praise the Lord for His mercy and grace to me in this time of need.  

I’d also like to thank the team very much for their prayer, and the ‘word from the Lord’ shared with me at that time.  It was (and still remains) a very great encouragement.

Tumour gone.

Earlier in the year I had a CT scan of my brain.  This showed a benign tumour.  I was referred to a specialist who ordered an MRI.  Prior to having this test, the team at CHR prayed for me for healing.  The MRI showed NO EVIDENCE of a tumour and I was given the all clear!!

Great place to chill with God...

I’ve been going to the Healing Rooms for quite some time. Every time I experience a wonderful touch from God and always encouragement to soldier on in life. I suffer from mental illness and I’m taking medication for it. I’ve cut down the dosage.  Although I’m still on meds I believe I’m getting more stable and getting better. Healing Rooms is a great place to chill out with God whose love for me never ends and never fails.

Calming and relaxing atmosphere

I experienced a sense of peace with a calming and relaxing atmosphere.  

The staff are warm, caring and inviting. A great environment to initiate prayer and healing.

I encourage all to visit the healing rooms for a spiritual encounter with the God who heals by the power of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Feedback on my visit to the Healing Rooms

The team were very welcoming.  They had 2 scriptures for me that were spot on and God showed them an issue with forgiveness that still needs to be dealt with. 

I felt God’s presence very strongly and have some keys to help me move forward.  Praise God!

Relationship healing

I came for prayer with 3 things, the least out of the 3 to my surprise was answered. 

I’ve had a friendship with a wonderful woman who was always very reserved in her friendship and didn’t really open up.  I’ve known her for 10 years and after prayer on the Saturday, on the Sunday she, for the first time, opened her heart to me in such a deep and amazing way that has brought restoration and healing to a once challenging relationship to an open and whole beautiful friendship.  It’s the beginning of a beautiful open relationship.  Thank you Jesus!

Back healed

Three weeks ago on a Sunday I bent down to pick up something small from the floor at home. As I bent down I felt something shift in my lower back. There was no pain so I did not bother about it. Next day I started feeling pain and by evening my movements became restricted because of the internal pain. By Tuesday morning I had difficulty walking. I went to Healing Rooms as a team member because I have committed to do so and I was not totally immobile. On Wednesday morning, I could not get out of bed due to the lower back pain.

My wife and I decided to see a chiropractor. After the x-ray and physical tests, the chiropractor said I had an inflamed spinal cord in the lower back because it was being squeezed by the lower vertebrae. He thought it was the result of the hours of sitting at the computer and believed it would take at least six weeks to heal.

That Saturday, I went to Healing Rooms and all the team members laid hands on me and prayed for my healing. During the prayer I felt heat in my back from my neck down and sensed the pain decrease. I was able to move more freely.

The following Tuesday team members prayed for me again and all pain went. I went to see the chiropractor that Friday and told him the pain was gone. I could tell by his face that he did not believe a word I had said. He put me through physical tests and then exclaimed, “This is magic!” I could tell that he still did not except what had happened to me. He said the exercises he had told me to do and the limited walks around the neighbourhood must have helped a lot. I quit going to the chiropractor. The Lord is not only financially cheaper with his ‘treatment’ but he has also filled me with his joy.

I praise God for the mighty works He does through Capital Healing Rooms and the faithful team of believers He works through.

Knees healed

I came to the Healing Rooms today for a food hamper.  I’ve been told I have no cartilage in my knees and they are in so much pain.  I was asked if I wanted to receive healing prayer for this condition.

After prayer I could straighten my left knee for the first time in years.  All pain left from both knees!

Shooting pain in hip healed

I came into the Healing Rooms for a food hamper a couple of months ago.  I limped in with a very painful hip and shooting sciatic nerve pain down my left leg.  I have had this condition for a long time.  I asked if the people there could heal me.  Their reply was “we can’t, but Jesus can”. 

I received healing prayer in the reception area by a couple of ladies.  Immediately all pain left my hip area and I was able to walk freely.  I was amazed (and very happy) and my friend with me was stunned!!

Arm and shoulder healed.

I came to the Healing Rooms in December 2015 for a food hamper.  I happened to mention that I had a very sore shoulder – bursitis – and I couldn’t move my arm very much as I was in too much pain.  As I’m a full-time carer for my Mum, it was very difficult to do things for her.

Someone at Reception Desk asked if I would like healing prayer and she laid hands (gently) on my shoulder and immediately I felt release and could lift my arm above my head.  I felt so peaceful.  I came back today (7 months later) and was able to show her that it was still good and I have had no pain.

Liver and Haemoglobin levels

Thank you for your prayer for our son Daniel over the last weeks.

We just want to give testimony to God’s wonderful gift of healing that we are seeing happening for Dan!  His recent haemoglobin reading was 130 (a HUGE IMPROVEMENT) which is at the bottom of the normal range for a healthy young male and his liver function test was normal!!  For both these healings we give thanks and praise to our ever loving Father God.

Please continue to pray for total healing of his pancreas and spleen.

Can you please pass on a big thank you to the people who were there tonight (Monday), who prayed for me……as I got so much healing tonight - as I always do.
I haven't been able to get there for 6 months, and going out at night can be a struggle for me, as I am a single Mum, and have to arrange a babysitter etc,
and have recently also started a part-time job, but I felt like I just HAD to get there tonight.   I received a lot of great words and ministry, and although we went a bit late, they allowed me time for things to happen as was needed.
I know everyone there are volunteers, and they give up their own time to be there, and just want to say that I really appreciate those who were there tonight (sorry I can’t remember any names), and the words and Bible verses they had for me, which are always so relevant and specific to my situation.

Employment breakthrough

We came (….to Healing Rooms…) without a steady job, after nearly a year of applications, and not enough money to pay the rent. Three weeks later, with help from family (a difficult process), we have avoided eviction and I am about to start a new job in my chosen field. There has been a definite shift and new spiritual impulse. Thank you!
